PLAYHOUSE RULES:
*No shoes inside, ESPECIALLY HEELS!
*No food, drinks, candy or gum.
*No pens, markers, crayons, slime, paint, or face paint.
*No sharp objects.
*No pets.
*No rough-play or wrestling.
*Follow the weight guidelines for the bounce houses.
*All soft play items must be kept inside the gated areas at all times.
*ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.

TERMS:
All soft play and bounce house rental packages come with an additional $150 refundable retainer fee for damages and cancellations.
Soft play rental is for ages 0-5.
Bounce house ages vary.
Live entertainment is most suitable for children ages 4-10. Travel fee may apply for live entertainment, depending on location.
All soft play / bounce house rentals come with an additional delivery fee.
Payment in full must be made at least 7 days prior to event for soft play & bounce house bookings.
We arrive 1-2 hours prior to the event start time for set up. Time depends on package chosen, our delivery route, and what the venue allows.
We set up on flat and clean surfaces such as concrete, grass, and turf. NO set ups will be made on rocks, dirt, mud, gravel or sand. Any outdoor set ups must be in a shaded area.
Customers are fully responsible to make sure that the soft play and bounce house equipment chosen fits in the space of their party’s location.
Adult supervision required at ALL times.
